This no-frills webpage has been created and published to give our potential customers a fair representation of our business and services. We complete over 1,500 jobs per month and currently have a 1.62% complaint rate. This means over 98% of our customers are happy with the service provided.

Many customers don't leave positive or negative reviews online, even for products they have purchased. The vast majority of our customers certainly don't leave reviews and that's why we've created this page. Where positive reviews have been published by us, we have recorded them word for word and have gained permission to use them for verification purposes or use online.

Our prices are very much comparable with similar sized competitors. Our typical customer is happy to pay a little more than the cost of a sole-trader for the benefits our service offers. Some of these benefits are;

1 - Our office staff answer 99.8% of calls within just six rings. Customers know they won't spend hours getting no answer or reaching voice mails when searching for an engineer.

2 - All answered calls have a engineer booked within just two minutes.

3 - We employ a full-time Qualified Supervisor who is responsible for assessing and signing off all certifiable electrical works.

4 - All our engineers have the highest level of competency certification from the leading industry regulators. (NICEIC - Approved Contractors, Gas Safe Registered Engineers, OFTEC Registered Engineers, Water Jetting Association Approved Company).

5 - We specifically seek out time-served Gas Engineers and Electricians with a minimum FIVE YEARS POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE, whilst some of our competitors only require one year.

6 - We guarantee all work carried out.

7 - We offer a fast response service. We always try to get to jobs the same day, however sometimes problems do arise and we always keep customers updated if there is a delay.

8 - Our minimum call out charge is low compared to similar sized companies in our industry.

9 - We are Platinum Ideal Boiler Installers and we are Worcester Bosch Accredited Installers.

10 - We have been operating throughout the pandemic. We have been keeping homes running throughout the English & Welsh lockdowns, when many trade-people were not operating.

11 - Our fully employed engineers are trained in consumer law and matters of health and safety, for your peace of mind.

12 - Our customer services are always happy to hear from any customer that has a problem they wish to discuss.
